Easy Home-Style Chicken Dinner

This is one of those dinners I make when I want something simple. No stress. No long steps. Just good food made at home. I don’t use packaged sauces or complicated ingredients. I use what I already have. This chicken dinner turns out good every time and that’s why I keep making it and for a dessert , I love having strawberry cheesecake with a dinner that’s give me a vibe of eating .

Why I Make This Often

I like this recipe because:

  • It’s easy to cook
  • The ingredients are simple
  • It doesn’t take much time
  • I can change the vegetables anytime
  • My family enjoys it

Ingredients I Use

I usually use:

  • Chicken (breast or thighs)
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Oil or butter
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Paprika or any simple spice
  • Vegetables (potato, carrot, beans, or bell pepper)
  • A little water or broth

Nothing fancy. Just basic food.

How I Cook This Chicken Dinner

I sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika on the chicken. That’s it. I heat oil in a pan and cook the chicken until it gets light brown. Then I take it out and keep it aside. In the same pan, I cook onion and garlic until soft. Then I add the vegetables and stir for a few minutes. I add the chicken back into the pan. I pour a little water or broth, cover the pan, and let it cook until the chicken is done.

How I Serve It

I usually serve this chicken with :

  • Rice or mashed potatoes
  • Simple salad
  • Bread on the side

It also tastes good on its own.
